COSMOVISION AND ANCESTRAL MEDICINE WORKSHOP 🌿 Approximate Schedule: • 8:00 AM — Hotel Pickup • 9:00 AM — Arrival at the Workshop Space • 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM — Cosmovision and Ancestral Medicine Workshop • 11:30 AM — Lunch and free time at a cenote • 1:00 PM — Return trip • 2:00 PM — Return to hotel This experience invites you to discover the relationship that different Latin American cultures have built with nature through traditional medicine, plant knowledge, and connection with the elements. During the workshop, you will learn about the energetic and medicinal properties of various plants used by healers and ancestral traditions of the region. Through practical and participatory activities, you will learn energy cleansing techniques, traditional protection methods, and fundamental aspects of the Latin American cosmovision. More than just learning theory, this experience aims to connect you with knowledge passed down through generations that continues to be an integral part of our communities' living culture. At the end of the workshop, each participant will receive a set of medicinal herbs from the region to continue exploring and applying the knowledge gained during the experience. It's an opportunity to take away not only memories, but also practical tools and a deeper connection to ancestral wisdom. Afterward, we'll share a meal and enjoy some time to refresh ourselves in a cenote, an ideal space to relax, integrate what we've learned, and conclude the experience before heading back.
